Captain Roberto "Chichi" has been running fishing trips in the Quepos area for almost 15 years. Captain Chichi is third generation of Quepoan and knows this waters like the palm of is hand. Spend the day offshore, targeting monster pelagic species like Blue, Black, and Striped Marlin, Sailfish, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, and Bluefin and Yellowfin Tuna. During the summer months, Crocodile SportFishing also offer half day inshore charters, targeting Roosterfish, Cubera Snapper, Jacks, and other great table and game species. The vessel you will be fishing aboard is the aptly named “Cocodrilo XVII”. Custom built in 2000, this 27’ center console boat is designed and rigged for awesome offshore battles. She comes equipped with GPS and fishfinder to track down the best spots, a livewell full of fresh bait for inshore fishing, and tuna tubes for anglers with bigger fish to fry. Choose between light and heavy tackle to best target your chosen species, with the option to troll, bottom fish, pop, jig, and spin to bring it in. Fly anglers are also welcome to bring their favorite fly fishing gear. Over his long and successful career guiding in Quepos, Captain Chichi has placed and won many tournaments, both inshore and offshore.
